PMMA substrate: Arkema V040

Flame retardant masterbatch: Inovia MB-AC20A

2. Processing

1. Drying: 80 ℃ ,4h vacuum drying oven drying (0.1Mpa)

2. Extrusion temperature: 200~230 ℃

Vacuum degree: 0.06Mpa, main engine speed: 180~220 rpm,Feeding: 8~12 kg/h

Screw configuration: It is recommended to minimize meshing combinations to reduce decomposition.

3. Injection temperature

Drying before injection molding: 80 ℃ ,4h

Injection temperature: 215~230 ℃

Flame retardant PMMA physical property data (1.6mm V0)

Summary:

MB-AC20A is a mater-batch of Inovia AR-S11. When used in PMMA products, V0 can be achieved without affecting the transparency properties.
